Journey from El Calafate and experience two of the most breathtaking destinations in southern Patagonia in just one day: El Chaltén, renowned as the National Capital of Trekking, and the awe-inspiring Viedma Glacier, the largest glacier in Argentina.

Your day begins bright and early with a transfer from your hotel in El Calafate to Tunnel Bay, located on the shores of Lake Viedma, near El Chaltén. As you travel by bus, you'll witness the transformation of the landscape from the steppe to the initial glimpses of the Andes Mountains, signaling our approach to one of the most stunning regions within Los Glaciares National Park.

Upon reaching Puerto Bahía Túnel, we embark on a scenic cruise across Lake Viedma, enveloped by turquoise waters and the snow-dusted peaks of the Huemul Massif. Throughout the journey, the vessel navigates through icebergs calved from the glacier, while the guide provides insights into their formation and evolution.

After approximately 40 minutes, we dock at Cape Horn Bay, where a short, leisurely hike leads us to a natural vantage point on the Cape Horn Peninsula. From here, you can admire Iceberg Bay and the Viedma Glacier's face in its full glory, offering a perfect chance to bask in the Patagonian tranquility and capture unforgettable photographs.
