Explore Lake Argentino with the Everything Glaciers Navigation . This excursion offers one of the few opportunities to approach the more remote and inaccessible glaciers. You can travel comfortably inside the catamaran or stroll along the balconies and deck, where you can capture stunning photographs.

But the journey doesn't end there; you'll also have a stopover at Spegazzini Base , a stretch of land amidst the vastness of Lake Argentino and the Glacier Field .

Descripción del Tour

Starting at 7 am, if you have chosen the transfer option, we will pick you up from your hotel and travel in a comfortable bus to Punta Bandera Port, located 47 km from El Calafate.

At 9:00 am, we will board an impressive boat to begin our journey through the North Arm of Lake Argentino. We will cross the Devil's Mouth to the Upsala Channel, navigating among the massive icebergs that break away from the front of the Upsala Glacier.

Next, we will enter the Spegazzini Channel, and shortly after, we will catch our first glimpse of the Dry Glacier. Our journey continues to the front of the Spegazzini Glacier, where we will also admire the Heim Sur and Peineta glaciers.

During the cruise, our captain will pause at key spots, allowing us to view the ice formations from all angles and capture stunning photos.

Our docking point will be at Spegazzini Base, where we will start exploring the area by walking along the forest path to the Spegazzini Shelter. This 300-meter trail is accessible, with stops at stations and viewpoints offering panoramic views of Glacier Bay. Along the route, we will pause at different stations (Glaciology - History - Fauna and Flora) with access to various viewpoints.

The trail is accessible and does not pose any difficulty as it is on firm ground.

Once at the Shelter, visitors can enjoy the local cuisine, visit the shop, and take in the breathtaking panoramic views from both the lounges and the outdoor Deck Terrace. There will be time to enjoy your own lunch or purchase food.

If you selected the lunch option, we will serve either the Refugio menu or the VIP menu, depending on your prior reservation.

For those who enjoy hiking, we offer an option to take the mountain trail. This is a medium-difficulty trek along a wooded path with natural viewpoints, offering incredible vistas and ending back at the docking point.

Once we return to the boat, we will embark on the second part of our navigation.

Around 4:00 pm, we will arrive back at Punta Bandera.

If you selected the transfer option, we will return to El Calafate at approximately 4:00 pm.
