Beginning from the heart of El Calafate's central hotels, our tour sets off at your preferred time. You'll be whisked away in a rugged 4x4 vehicle to a breathtaking vantage point situated atop a hill. The scenic expanse from this location never fails to stun all who visit.

From this spot, you'll gain a 360° perspective of the natural beauty that surrounds you. Capture the awe-inspiring views of El Calafate and Lake Argentino on your camera. As the largest lake in Argentina, it's a sight you don't want to miss.  

This excursion covers a thrilling 35 km journey across the hills that form a backdrop to the town. Accompanied by our knowledgeable guide, you'll learn intriguing details about the unique Patagonian landscapes that envelop you.

Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, you may be able to witness the accumulation of glaciers on Lake Argentino, and the towering peaks of the Patagonian Ice Field, including Cerro Fitz Roy and La Torre in El Chalten.  

For the journey back, we provide three distinct options, each carrying its own unique allure: 

* In 4x4: Mirroring the excitement of the ascent, we descend the hill's southern slope, pausing for a stroll to the Labyrinth of Stones, an intriguing rock formation shaped by thousands of years of wind erosion. During winter, this route offers the chance for some thrilling skateboarding down a 240-meter track. This option affords a unique panoramic view.

* In trekking: A guided 90-minute walk along the hill's north face, offering views of Lake Argentino and a journey through a valley dating back to the Cretaceous era.

* In zip-lining: Descend our exclusive 2920-meter, four-zip-line circuit.

Once you're back at ground level, we'll serve lunch or a snack (based on your chosen time) in the oldest house of the Estancia Huyliche.
